London, 18th September 2025 – Guavapay is unable to accept funds into it’s MyGuava App and MyGuava business platform with immediate effect until further notice. This is a requirement that we have agreed with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
During this temporary suspension:
- Customers can no longer be able to load or accept new funds into the MyGuava App and MyGuava Business platform or create additional cards.
- Customer funds remain safe and protected in accordance with our safeguarding obligations.
- Customers can still view your account and access transaction history.
Customers are free to withdraw, transfer and spend funds until your existing balance is zero.
