T&Cs for Referring Business Customers

Guavapay Limited (“Guavapay”, “we”) is a company registered in England with company number 10601900 with its registered address at Salisbury House, 29 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 5QQ, United Kingdom. Guavapay Limited is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom as a Small Electronic Money Institution with reference number 900888. Guavapay Limited’s ICO registration number is ZA274504.

 

Thank you for participating in the Referral Program (the “Program”). By participating in this Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1.             Eligibility

 

1.1.         The Existing Customer, acting as the referrer, hereafter referred as “EC” must:

 

a.     Be resident of the United Kingdom and at least 18 years old.

 

b.     Be a user of the MyGuava app.

 

c.     Use the personalized link generated within the MyGuava app.

 

d.     Share the link with the New Business Customer that will use MyGuava Business services; failure to do so may result in delays or forfeiture of the rewards.

 

I.        The use of this personalized link is essential for tracking and validating the referral process, as it proves that the business was referred by the EC. When the new business applies via the personalized link, we will be able to verify that such business was referred by the EC. 

 

1.2.         The New Business Customer being referred, hereafter referred as “NBC”:

 

a.     Must be located in the United Kingdom.

 

b.     Must be a new user of the MyGuava Business and has not previously used MyGuava Business’s services.

 

1.3.         Existing or former users of Guavapay are not eligible for the Program.

 

1.4.         The Program is a one-time offer per participant.

 

1.5.         The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Program:

 

-          Employees or consultants of Guavapay;

 

-          Anyone entering on behalf of another person.

 

2.             Entry Requirements

 

2.1.         To participate in the Program, the NBC must complete at least one of the tasks provided below:

 

2.1.1  Create an account on the MyGuava Business platform and top up the business account with at least £1000.

 

2.1.2  Order a corporate card and make 5 payments with the card, totaling no less than £300 in transactions.

 

2.1.3  Make the first 5 incoming and 5 outgoing transactions (excluding card transactions) to different accounts, totaling at least £2000.

 

2.1.4  The NBC shall set up an E-commerce gateway integration and process ten (10) transactions. Each transaction needs to be processed through a unique payment card that is not owned, registered, or financially linked to the referred business. The total amount shall be no less than £1000.

 

2.1.5  Complete a Foreign Exchange (FX) transaction for an amount equivalent to £1000 or more.

 

3.             Reward

 

3.1.         The following actions and corresponding rewards apply to the EC:

 

3.1.1.   Account Top-Up by the Referred Business: The NBC must top up the business account with at least £1000.

Reward: £50.00

 

3.1.2.   Corporate Card Usage by the Referred Business: The NBC must order a corporate card and make 5 payments with the card totaling no less than £300 in transactions.

Reward: £9.00

 

3.1.3.   Transactions by the Referred Business: The NBC must make the first 5 incoming and 5 outgoing transactions (excluding card transactions) to different accounts for a total amount of £2000.

Reward: £10.00

 

3.1.4.   E-Commerce Setup by the Referred Business: The NBC shall set up an E-commerce gateway integration and make ten (10) transactions. Each transaction needs to be processed through a unique payment card that is not owned, registered, or financially linked to the referred business. The total amount shall be no less than £1000.
Reward: £16.00

 

3.1.5.   Foreign Exchange (FX) Transaction by the Referred Business: The NBC must complete a foreign exchange for an amount equivalent to £1000 or more.
Reward: £5.00

 

Maximum Payout for EC: £90.00

 

3.2.         The following actions and corresponding rewards apply to the NBC:

 

3.2.1.     Account Top-Up: The NBC must top up the business account with at least £1000.

Reward: £10.00

 

3.2.2.     Corporate Card Usage: The NBC must order a corporate card and made 5 payments with the card, totaling no less than £300 in transactions.

Reward: £30.00

 

3.2.3.     Transactions: The NBC must make the first 5 incoming and 5 outgoing transactions (excluding card transactions) to different accounts for a total amount of £2000.

Reward: £30.00

 

3.2.4.     E-Commerce Setup by the Referred Business: The NBC shall receive ten (10) payments from E-commerce, and each payment needs to be processed through a unique payment card that is not owned, registered, or financially linked to the referred business. The total amount shall be no less than £1000.

Reward: £80.00

 

3.2.5.     Foreign Exchange (FX) Transaction: The NBC must complete a foreign exchange for an amount equivalent to £1000 or more.

Reward: £25.00

 

Maximum Payout for the NBC: £175.00

 

3.3.         The reward will be issued only once per participant and is not transferable.

 

3.4.         The reward is non-exchangeable and cannot be substituted for any other prize.

 

4.             Campaign Period

 

4.1.         All referral program rewards are applicable only within the first month following the completion of onboarding, defined as 30 calendar days from the date onboarding is finalized. However, a single payout reward of £50 will be issued immediately to the referred business and/or the individual when clause 2.11 is completed.

 

4.2.         The Program will be available until the 16th of June 2025.

 

 

5.         Limitations

 

5.1.          The reward is only available to new users who meet all eligibility and entry requirements.

 

5.2.         The Program cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.

 

5.3.         Any user who provides false or misleading information during registration or the transfer process will be disqualified from the Program.

 

6.             Disqualification and Final Decision

 

6.1.         We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms or who provides false information.

 

6.2.        Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Program. We reserve the right to declare the Program void if we consider it unreasonable to proceed, due to an administrative error or otherwise.

 

7.             Liability

 

7.1.         Guavapay is not liable for any technical issues or malfunctions that may affect the entry process or result in a lost or incomplete entry. We are not responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.

 

7.2.        Guavapay’s liability under or in connection with the Program or these terms and conditions shall be limited to £100.

 

8.             Amendments

 

8.1.         Guavapay reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this Program in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity, though we will endeavor to minimize the impact on participants.

 

8.2.        Any changes to the Program or these Terms and Conditions will be communicated through appropriate channels.

 

9.             Data Protection

 

9.1.         Any personal data collected as part of this Program will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

9.2.        If you register for the Program, we will use your information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we will use, disclose, transfer, and store your information, and sets out your rights to your information:  https://myguava.com/personal/privacy-policy.

 

10.          Governing Law

 

10.1.      These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
