MyGuava Top Up terms

These top up terms (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between Guavapay Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliates (together, “MyGuava” “we” or “us”) and you, the user of the MyGuava service (“you”). By using the MyGuava service to top up your MyGuava Account with a card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Who is MyGuava?

Guavapay is a Small Electronic Money Institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom, under FCA Reference Number (FRN) 900888. Guavapay is a company registered in England with company number 10601900 with its registered address at Salisbury House, 29 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 5QQ, United Kingdom. Guavapay’s ICO registration number is ZA274504.

Top up

You can use MyGuava to make a payment with a card to top up your MyGuava Account. In such cases, same as where you pay with your card to purchase goods or services online, we will collect and store certain personal data about you, such as your name, address, email address or your mobile phone number, along with your payment credentials. We use cookies to link your web browser to your MyGuava Credentials and recognize when you return to the MyGuava. Refunds

In respect of a card top up made to your MyGuava Account, if the amount on your MyGuava Account has been used, a further refund is not possible. A transaction can be cancelled during 24 hours subject to funds being available on your MyGuava Account. You can use the form for this process or simply contact our Customer Support (details below).

In respect of a card top up made to your MyGuava Account you could instead of initiating a refund simply go to your MyGuava Account and initiate a transfer back to your original account from where the card top up was made (or any other account!). This will initiate a new transaction and will be instant.
