London, 19th September 2025 - Guavapay Limited (UK) has announced this week that it is unable to accept new funds into its MyGuava App and MyGuava Business platform with immediate effect until further notice. This measure follows requirements agreed with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Guavapay has temporarily suspended the acceptance of new funds on its MyGuava App and MyGuava Business platform following FCA guidance. Customer balances remain secure, and funds can still be accessed, transferred, or spent. Updates will be provided as the situation evolves.
